What’s the Porter St Coffee story?
The name is a throwback to the location of our original roastery located on Porter St in Ryde, Sydney NSW. Where it all began. We typically source beans for our Porter St blend from Yunnan, Brazil and Colombia. The rich dark chocolate notes typically come from Brazil, while Colombia adds some juiciness and acidity.
While we’re all about transparency in our sourcing, we don’t always highlight the specific farmers and region, as we often rotate our varieties to maintain the highest quality and consistency. What doesn’t change? Our commitment to ethical sourcing and the same great taste you know and love, year after year.
