Trailblazer 250g

The name intentionally reflects the approach of our partner farms and the coffees they are producing. It uses higher altitude coffees and rewards those with a disciplined and controlled approach to brewing.

Trailblazer is fruity and complex. It harnesses fruity tasting notes that work beautifully as both short/long blacks or with milk/alternatives. It may not cut through milk like its Porter St friend, however, still dances lovely on your palate.

You can use this coffee any way you like (using an espresso machine, French press, plain brewed coffee, etc.) according to your tasting preference. The "Espresso" on the bag just means that the coffee is roasted better suited for espresso style brew methods, but not limited to this. 

Trailblazer pairs really well as a short/long black due to its fruity and complex flavour notes. This blend doesn't quite cut through milk/alternatives like its Porter St friend, however, will still give you a smooth and delicious mouthfeel.
