You bet. Our cans are 10c refundable thanks to the NSW Container Deposit Scheme, Return and Earn, and Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme, too.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, you can cancel at any time. Simply log into your P&R account, click ‘Manage Subscriptions’, then ‘Cancel Subscription’. We’ll be sad to see you go, but will keep our eyes peeled for your coffee comeback.
Can I skip or postpone my subscription?
Yep, we’re very flexible over here. You can skip as many deliveries as you like, or update your next dispatch date by Tuesday before 5pm (Sydney time). Head to ‘Manage Subscriptions’ > ‘Reschedule’ > ‘Delay for 1-2 weeks or choose a specific date > ‘Save Changes’.
Can I add items to my subscription as a once-off?
Of course, we’d love that! Just log into your account and ‘TOSS IN’ some items. It’s the easiest way to explore different products in our range (without the commitment).
