Our Mountain Water Decaf beans come from the renowned Veracruz region – a region home to Latin America’s first decaffeination plant that opened its doors in 1983. The decaf Mountain Water process uses melted glacial water from Mexico’s highest mountain, Pico de Orizaba. It’s a complex process that’s well worth the wait. After all, you don’t need caffeine to have a great coffee moment!
