More about Las Botijas Espresso
This exceptional Geisha comes from Finca Las Botijas in Honduras’s Comayagua region, grown at 1500m where cool mountain temperatures slow cherry development and build rich complexity. The farm sits within a natural “water sanctuary,” a pristine, spring-fed microclimate ideal for the delicate Geisha varietal.
This lot is 100% Geisha, hand-harvested and celebrated for its vibrant aromatics. Expect Comayagua’s signature bright citrus and creamy body, layered with classic Geisha notes of jasmine, bergamot and stone fruit.
Behind it is Don Abel Girón, a third-generation producer renowned for his mastery of Geisha and Pacamara. A multi-award winner in the “Best of Honduras” competition, he oversees every step of production and mentors growers across the region, championing quality, sustainability and community growth.
