Nestled below the mountains of Hulia and Cauca, in a sacred valley, the municipality of Inza brings this coffee to you. Bathed in more than 14 centuries of history and native tradition, this remote region produces some of Colombia's best crop, as the natural beauty translates to the cup.
This coffee is the result of three farms and three different species of Arabica; 50% is a Colombia F6 from La Aurora, 30% an Ombligon from El Guadual, and 20% a Maragogype from Bellavista. The Maragogype is also known as “The elephant bean”, so it might look a little different in the bag, but it’s certifiably delicious.
Each cherry is fully washed at origin using micro mills and shade-dried greenhouses. Local conditions, farmers, and process all work together to deliver these coffees to our partner, who blends them before sending them to P&R for roasting. Now it’s ready for you to brew and enjoy.
