Since 1999, Darwin Vivanco and his wife Yeni Carmita have been growing coffee at their farm, La Loma, in Puyango, Ecuador. Coming from a family of coffee farmers, Darwin developed a passion early on and transitioned into specialty coffee in 2020. He’s since improved his processes, focusing on fermentation and drying, with support from expert partners.
Their diverse farm features shade from guabo, citrus and plantain trees. Yeni leads the post-harvest work and during busy seasons, they involve the local community. This is a standout coffee from a passionate, independent producer dedicated to tradition and quality.
