It was amazing last time, and even better this year so we had to get it in again! The Jigesa natural from Faysel Abdosh is sweet, fruity and clean. Sourced from around 750 independent out-growers and processed at the Jigesa washing station, this coffee is a result of hundreds of coffee families' dedication and passion for agriculture in the region. Each farmer has 2 to 5 hectares of land which they use to cultivate other food crops and native trees such as Birbira, Wanza, and Acacia.
This particular lot is natural processed and dried meticulously to maintain the complex balance of floral and fruity traditionally derived from Guji. We hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we do.
