The Decaf Mountain Water Process uses melted glacial water from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico’s highest mountain. The green beans are gently steamed and immersed in water that’s saturated with coffee flavour compounds.

The ‘Sugarcane Decaf Process’ uses a byproduct of sugarcane, which is mixed with water and then used to soak the green coffee beans and remove the caffeine. This holds onto the sweet and rich coffee flavours, without the caffeine buzz.
