Another exceptional Pourtables coffee from our friends at Volcan Azul. Alejo, the producer, puts all his effort and time into growing and processing the best coffee. This one in particular is on another level. Beautiful pink fruit notes balanced with a playful sweetness and mandarin acidity. Alejo also puts an emphasis on sustainability and conservation. They maintain 1500 acres of rainforest helping to stabilise the biodiversity in the area and to reverse the effects of climate change.

We think the best expression of this coffee is without milk but if you prefer it with, that’s cool too.
