Processing & fermentation - Natural. The ripest cherries are hand picked with strict guidelines. They are cleaned and sorted to make sure no immature coffee gets through. They are place on raised beds to dry slowly (weather permitted) and raked constantly for an even and consistent result.


Impact - Housing is provided for employees along with a school for the kids. Meals are also provided for the children. Lasmastus estates has a dedication to the environment, understanding that conserving the environment is only of benefit to coffee growing and quality.
