Impact Report 2025
Small cups, massive change
With most Australians enjoying a daily coffee, our collective ritual has the power to drive real change. Our fifth Impact Report offers a transparent look at our data and journey across 2024 and 2025, reflecting our commitment to you and the planet.
An interactive journey
Weβve traded the static report for an interactive digital experience. As you explore, look for blue icons and hidden links to toggle key data, watch videos and go behind the scenes of our sustainable sourcing milestones.
No finish line
Our impact story is an ongoing search for change and doing things better. This report is a snapshot of our milestones and the bold goals weβre striving for next to continue to positively impact people and the planet through coffee.
Breaking down the numbers
Our 2025 Impact Report brings our numbers to life, turning key metrics into a clear story of progress, measurable impact and where weβre heading next.
So, whatβs behind the numbers? This year, we offset 770 tCOβ-e of carbon through Climate Active, contributed over $132,000 through the 1% for the Planet program and donated $12,000 to the Bob Brown Foundation for the protection of the takayna/Tarkine rainforest, among other milestones.
Just as important, we achieved an outstanding B Corp score of 97.1, reinforcing our position among leading purpose-driven manufacturers in Australia.

Turning data into impact
At P&R, we take a rigorous approach to data collection across every area of the business. This ongoing discipline allows us to generate meaningful insights and identify where we need to do better.
Collecting and analysing data is only part of the equation. The real challenge lies in translating that information into something clear, relevant, and accessible.
Our Impact Report is designed to do exactly that. It acts as a bridge between complex data and practical understanding, presenting our performance in a way that speaks to all stakeholders. Weβve been intentional in identifying our key audiences and prioritising the data that matters most to them.
Our Founders vision from the start
Since the very earliest days of Pablo & Rustyβs, weβve been striving to make coffee more sustainable. Our founder, Saxon Wright, has always seen this as part of the vision for Pablo & Rustyβs: βWe are a community of people β customers, staff, suppliers, farmers and more. Our hope is that by combining our efforts, resources and intentions, we can work together to solve some of our biggest challenges. We have set ourselves some ambitious goals and will continually look to improve.β
Impact Report 2024
With three quarters of Australians drinking at least one cup of coffee a day, we know that the work we do to reduce our impact not only matters today β it leaves a lasting legacy for an entire industry.
Thatβs why we take such pride in crafting coffee that drives real change and embrace the opportunity to measure, reflect on and distil our impact into an easy-to-digest document.Β
2024 marks our fourth Impact Report, reaffirming our commitment to transparency and accountability to our entire community. Each year, our goals become bolder, our initiatives create even greater impact, and our community grows stronger. But weβre far from finished, as we reflect not only on our milestones, but the road ahead.Β
