Our Finca El Pino is produced by William Abad in Ecuador's Zamora Chinchipe Province on his 4-hectare farm at 1,750 meters above sea level, fully dedicated to coffee cultivation. This coffee has undergone a fully washed process, including a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation, before being dried on parabolic-covered patios.
Environmental care is central to William’s practices. He prohibits deforestation, protects native wildlife and ensures eco-friendly farming. He has also improved wastewater management and repurposes coffee cherry pulp sustainably. William aspires to further improve his infrastructure and increase the varieties he cultivates.
