We wanted to offer a variety of extra-special coffees that are readily available and frozen at their peak to brew and enjoy.

Freezing ensures these exceptional coffees always maintain their quality and to dramatically extend the shelf life. Also, minimizing any wastage (both from your end and ours) and having a range of exceptional coffees at accessible prices.

Yes, usually we don't recommend doing so, but with this coffee you can! We've done some testing and as long as the bag hasn’t been opened, you can store it in the freezer between -15c to -20c. 

Once the bag has been opened, we recommend that you don’t freeze it again. 

We recommend storing in a dark, cool area, away from direct sunlight (the pantry should be fine). We recommend using your coffee by 3 weeks after you receive it. 

We roast in small batches, then vacuum packed in 45g bags. Once we do that, we freeze the coffee right after, preserving the freshness of the coffee. We'll dispatch this to you whilst it’s frozen so it will defrost once it gets to you. This means the coffee we send essentially is only a few days of roast once you receive it!

Sometimes you can have too much of a good thing. We wanted to reduce the pack size for this program to open up the option in choosing a few different coffees without hurting the pocket. 45g works perfectly for 3 filter or 2 espresso coffees.
