David Flores Chilcon carries on his family's coffee legacy, rooted in Peru's Cajamarca region since 1970. His father founded Finca El Morito in 2009, strengthening their deep connection to the land.
Now in its third generation, 70% of their coffee comes from family estates, with the rest sourced from local growers. Their dedication has earned global recognition, including placements in the Cup of Excellence auctions, most recently in 2022. David aims to expand further, hoping to establish a coffee roasting research center. Their meticulous natural process ensures quality, from cherry selection to controlled drying on African beds.
