If you've ever wondered what makes Pablo & Rusty's more than the most delicious cup of coffee, we're about to spill the beans... As of this June, we're officially certified as a Great Place to Work® and I'm excited to share our journey with you.

We've never been just about brewing delicious coffee. P&R is about a community making a difference. We source ethically, focus on removing, reducing and eliminating our waste and give back via our 1% for the Planet certification. We believe in using business as a force for good and our Great Place to Work certification shows we're living our values.
When our team is happy and engaged, their passion for our mission shines through. They choose to work with P&R, making our impact happen every day. A deep dive into our workplace culture
Trust me, becoming Great Place to Work certified wasn't a walk in the park (although we do love those!). It was a deep dive into the heart and soul of our workplace. We opened our doors to an honest, sometimes raw, assessment of our work environment. We encouraged every team member to share their honest feedback through anonymous team surveys and we took a hard look at our standard practices, from hiring and onboarding to training and development.
