Marta Alemu is a passionate coffee farmer in Ethiopia.

Being a single farmer lot, this coffee is quite unique. Usually lots from this part of the world are made up of many different smallholder farmers and sold through cooperatives then graded and exported. Part of the “Lalisaa project” (meaning; flourishing and growing) agroforestry techniques are used to create the unique microclimate that helps elevate the quality of this lot.

We are a huge fan of this project and natural processed Ethiopian coffees. This coffee makes a beautiful espresso (add a dash of hot water to taste) or if you want, it makes for a delicious milky coffee as well.
