Volcan Azul stands out in a league of its own. Across five generations, a lineage dedicated to quality and conservation has shaped the remarkable coffee experience we savour today. Every aspect of harvesting and processing is executed with meticulous precision, granting them absolute control over the coffee's quality and consistency. Harvesting occurs at the optimum ripeness of 22% to 28% on the Brix scale, ensuring the perfect sugar content.

Beyond prioritising coffee excellence, there's a profound commitment to environmental conservation. With the acquisition of 1500 acres of rainforest, they champion biodiversity and combat the impacts of climate change.
