The conditions in Panama are ideal for growing high quality coffees with its high altitudes, rich volcanic soils and positioning between the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea providing cool conditions at night and ample precipitation needed to develop healthy coffee cherries of high quality. Finca Santa Teresa (FST) has outstanding practices for increasing cup quality and more importantly being environmentally sustainable. All products associated with the production process are either turned into fertiliser or into a source of fuel.
